Programme for 2025

IMG 0489

Following our inaugural year of walking in 2024, the programme for 2025 includes a mixture of walks which have already proved popular, together with some new ventures.

We will be running a new programme of Lent pilgrimage walks, each of which finishes at a cathedral or abbey church, concluding with the option of staying for choral evensong.

Through the rest of the year we will organise a monthly walk in the West Country, taking in beautiful scenery of the Cotswolds, Wye Valley and Wiltshire downs, to name a few.

In the North East, in June, we will visit the incomparable Holy Island, the magnificent Durham Cathedral and ancient Hexham Abbey, taking in coastal scenery and attractive river valleys.

If you fancy a longer pilgrimage, there is an opportunity to join a week's guided walk along St Cuthbert's Way from Melrose to Lindisfarne, crossing the border country from Scotland into England through stunning scenery, visiting ancient abbeys and considering how the life of Cuthbert, the eighth century monk and bishop might speak to our own lives today.

If you cannot manage these dates, or would prefer to walk a different route, maybe closer to home if you don't live in these parts of the country, then we can offer a bespoke pilgrimage to suit you.
